**Opt out policy
We want you and your child to be comfortable taking part in our Music Videos so we have an opt out option. If at any stage you would prefer to not participate in the Video shoot, or after watching the videos would prefer them to be taken down. We will act immediately to remove any video containing your children upon request. To do this contact Baz on 089 407 6600. Please do this before filming starts so we can make the adjustments and not take away from the other consenting families enjoyment.
Heres what we normally do with filming and sharing and you can decide what you would like for your children.
Filming
1. Each group film a performance of the song they have written.
This is a two camera set up with close ups of all of the performers.
Students who do not wish to be filmed can opt out of this.
Students can also dress up in costumes/ masks
2. Generally there is a storyline to go with this to help express the mood of the piece.
This normally contains outdoor footage, typically playful and often with an element of drama
Again, students can opt out of this. Sometimes the whole group use props/ puppets or dress up and hide identities.
Sharing
1. We use our Youtube Channel to share the videos. Our channel is set for 'videos containing children’ which means the videos do not appear in the same way as regular YouTube videos. They are not monetised and cannot be commented upon.
2. Upon request, we can mark the videos as ‘unlisted’ so they don't appear in searches or even the playlist we share with the parents who’s children attended the camp. We then have to separately email the parents from that partial group.
By paying the non-refundable deposit, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
